Structural Engineer-Pack
Job Responsibilities：
- Participate in formulating the project execution plan and complete the assigned product-design tasks on time, in full, and with assured quality according to the product-development schedule；
- Take charge of structural design and development for the lithium-battery PACK and its onboard installation system in new-energy vessels；
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings and BOMs for the designed products; deliver structural design outputs in line with project milestones to ensure they are timely and accurate；
- Draft and file structural patents and related technical documents；
- Collect and analyse structure-related data from production lines and propose improvement measures.
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with battery-PACK design experience；
- Major in Mechanical Design or related field, with ≥3 years of structural-design experience；
- Proficient in 3-D software Pro/E and 2-D software CAD/CREO；
- Experience in structural-strength analysis and thermal simulation with ANSYS or similar software is preferred；
- Experience in developing products for containerised energy storage, PCS, or marine-power systems is preferred；
- Proactive, highly motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team player.
Compensation & Benefits：
- 13~18k×13;
