Structural Engineer-Pack

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in formulating the project execution plan and complete the assigned product-design tasks on time, in full, and with assured quality according to the product-development schedule;
  2. Take charge of structural design and development for the lithium-battery PACK and its onboard installation system in new-energy vessels;
  3. Create 2D drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings and BOMs for the designed products; deliver structural design outputs in line with project milestones to ensure they are timely and accurate;
  4. Draft and file structural patents and related technical documents;
  5. Collect and analyse structure-related data from production lines and propose improvement measures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with battery-PACK design experience;
  2. Major in Mechanical Design or related field, with ≥3 years of structural-design experience;
  3. Proficient in 3-D software Pro/E and 2-D software CAD/CREO;
  4. Experience in structural-strength analysis and thermal simulation with ANSYS or similar software is preferred;
  5. Experience in developing products for containerised energy storage, PCS, or marine-power systems is preferred;
  6. Proactive, highly motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team player.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. 13~18k×13;
  2. Alternating single/double-week schedule;
