Valid until February 2031, this certification confirms that Racern’s marine battery systems fully comply with the latest DNV rules effective July 2025, making them eligible for installation on all DNV-classed vessels and offshore units. This achievement adds another robust green solution to the global maritime industry’s energy transition.

As a specialized integrated service provider of marine lithium-ion battery systems, Racern Technology’s newly certified RS-J317 series is specifically designed for battery-powered vessels, hybrid ships, and offshore installations. Built with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, the system comprises battery modules (BMBOX), a high-voltage junction box (BSBOX), and a domain control box (BABOX) in an integrated rack-mounted architecture. It incorporates multiple core safety functions including thermal management, fire suppression, and thermal runaway protection, delivering uncompromised safety and performance.
