System Integration Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Take charge of the integration and associated project management of the company’s marine electric-propulsion systems.
  2. Handle technical and drawing communication, coordination and approval among suppliers, customers and classification societies.
  3. Prepare documents for plan approval, certification, working records and final delivery (as-built documentation).
  4. Participate in drafting technical specifications and test procedures for the company’s electric-propulsion / new-energy power systems.
  5. Lead on-site commissioning, testing and hand-over of company system-integration projects.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication & coordination skills and proven project-management ability.
  2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following: diesel engines, electric motors, generators, lithium batteries, switchboards, propulsors, automation systems, remote-control systems, transmission systems.
  3. Prior experience in marine on-board commissioning or marine-project design is preferred.
  4. Proven track record in managing relatively complex marine or non-marine projects is preferred.
  5. Proficient in Visio, AutoCAD and similar software.
  6. Able to read English technical documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. 20~26k×13;
  2. Alternating single/double-week schedule;
